Guarantee details

Our goal is to create the best quality handmade jewelry as possible. The quality of our items is among the highest in the industry. That is why we offer a LIFETIME GUARANTEE for all items that have been purchased on our web page and official stores.

Our guarantee is as follows:
If your item breaks, send it to us and we will fix it or send you a new one. But there are still some rules you need to follow.

The guarantee covers the following:

– broken string or elastic
– cracked beads
– damaged lock or close
– damaged leather (if there are no signs of physical damage done by customer)

 

Please note that the customer is still responsible for all shipping costs in the event of a return.

SHIPPING

Shipping details

We offer free shipping for all international orders. Orders are shipped from our production house in Kyiv, Ukraine within 1 business day after your payment is verified. Please allow 7 – 8 business days for delivery to your location. All orders made before 14:00 UTC will be shipped the same day. If you order on Friday at 16:00 UTC your order will likely be shipped on the following Monday. Please be sure that the final price you see in checkout includes shipping and a product price. There are no additional fees.
The price does not include any local customs fees for your region. Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can send it back to us for a refund or exchange within 50 days of purchase.
To start a return or exchange, please email our customer service team at info@mcgregorjewelry.com and we will get back to you within 24 business hours with details on how to process your return or exchange.

We are responsible for all shipping costs in case item is damaged or we made a mistake

Please note, we are not responsible for lost packages and we cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged by the postal service. We pack our products carefully and secure them to prevent damage. Please insure the package for the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. We are not responsible for missing packages. 

Please allow us up to 3 business days to handle your return.

We wish for your jewelry to remain in its best possible condition. Here are some tips to prolong the life of your items:

  • Shower, Bathe, Swim
  • Try your best not to blow or drop jewelry.
Storage

The best place to store your jewelry is in small cloth bags or small plastic bags so that they remain separate and do not scratch or rub up against each other. Please avoid chemicals, perspiration and extreme temperatures. Try not to put your jewelry unwrapped with keys, smartphone or other sharp items in one pocket. Jewelry should be carefully stored. Precautions should be taken to protect it from knocks, chemicals, perspiration, extreme temperatures & sunlight.

Materials

We use only the finest materials and the highest level of craftsmanship. All stones are naturally sourced from the best suppliers around the world. We use natural or nappa leather and clasps from the best Italian suppliers. Each item has our logo embossed on it.

SIZING

General information

We offer a range of different sizes to make sure that your Mc Gregor jewelry piece fits you perfectly. Our bracelets vary from Small to Extra Large. Some items have only one size, such as Shamballa bracelets because the clasp can be adjusted to any wrist size. About 90% of our items that we sell in size medium fit the majority of customers.
