What if I received damaged items? Or I don’t like the item I received?

  • We will replace any damaged items for free or give you a new piece. Send an email to us at info@mcgregorjewelry.com with your order number and a picture of the damaged item. We will ship you a replacement.
  • If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can send it back to us for a refund or exchange within 50 days of purchase.
    To start a return or exchange, please email our customer service team at info@mcgregorjewelry.com  and we will get back to you within 24 business hours with details on how to process your return or exchange.
